As the 1990's came to an end Parker Brothers tried to make the ouija board more appealing to the new generation of ouija users.
Production costs needed to be reduced and a whole new product developed. !998 and the arrival of the glow in the dark ouija boards.
Slightly smaller this boards gimmick is the glow in the dark feature. This feature not only is a unique gimmick but logical for the boards user whilst in diminished light.
These boards work well and can be a ideal first board. Throughout the world some serious users claim these boards to be the best for user friendliness.
The box designs stayed almost the same, however internal packaging altered in the 1999 run. The planchette is also glow in the dark.
